What's included
A bio-individual pregnancy plan built around you
Not a template with your name at the top. We build it around your body, your beliefs, and the family you are actually in.
Three in-person meetings across your pregnancy
Spaced through your pregnancy so we are preparing steadily rather than cramming near the end. This is where most of the real work happens.
Full-time access to me, your doula, any time you need
The 2am questions, the ones you feel silly asking, the appointment that left you unsettled. You are not saving them up for the next meeting.
A dedicated health coaching session
Nourishment, movement, and breath, tailored to you — drawing on my integrative health coaching and yoga training rather than a printout.
A detailed birth plan and support wherever you choose to birth
Hospital, home alongside a midwife, or a birth center. I am beside you in the room, and I remember what you said you wanted when it gets hard.
This is the package most families choose, and the one I build my calendar around. I take a limited number of births each month so that nobody is sharing me.
